Gadgets Review: Samsung Galaxy Camera: This camera featured Android Jelly Bean, a 4.8 inch touchscreen display, which makes it a smartphone camera but without phone calls

Features:

Processor: A powerful 1.4 GHz Quad Core Processor.

Operating System: Google’s Android Jelly Bean OS v4.1

Design: It has same design of the Galaxy series models. The thickness is 19.1 mm with height and width of 128.7 and 70.8 mm respectively.

Display: A 4.8 inches Super Clear LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels with 16M color depth.  It has Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

Dimensions: It weighs 305 g.

Camera: 16 MP rear camera with smart pro mode that helps in taking pro photos, Video recording with 720×480 resolution at 120fps. Other camera features present in camera are autofocus, pop-up Xenon flash, AF light, wide angle 23 mm lens, geo tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection and 21x optical zoom. Galaxy Camera has voice control also and  65 editing features.

Memory: Internal memory of 8 GB with 1 GB RAM and external memory can be extended upto 32GB using microSD memory card.

Connectivity: WiFi and 3G enabled with which you can directly shoot and upload content. There is also an Auto Cloud Back-up which will save the photos instantly. Bluetooth v4.0, USB 2.0 and 21 Mbps HSDPA.

Battery: Standard Li-Ion 1650 mAh battery.

Other features: MP3 player, MP4 player, Dropbox, HDMI Port, Document editor and SNS integration.

The company has not disclosed the price of the camera yet. The camera is likely to be available in India by mid-November.
